Numismatic Value Listing

Is there a website where a U.S. coin's date, denomination, mint mark, and condition can be entered, and a value comes back?
Too cheap to buy a book.

I have a 1976 Red Book that I would be glad to give you and pay for the shipping myself. That is, if you sell me all of your collection at those prices. Don't forget, the dollar was worth more then so I am offering you quite a deal. :character

The market on coins fluctuates and many dealers use the frequently updated Coin Value Magazine for retail prices. It is available online here http://www.coinvaluesonline.com/cont...B-985A431D9786}

No. It's not free.

You might be able to find a 1979 Red Book at The Salvation Army, but they are going to charge you for it. The Red Book is only a guide anyway.

Good Luck & Welcome To GIM

PCGS.com
Price guide. A bit over retail IMO. Compare those prices to ebay end bids to determine good/bad deals.
You don't enter dates, you click thru.

Another note

If you are new to numis and playing for fun/profit like myself, spend at least 20 hours reading about grading, grading and more grading. In addition read about good slabbers and scam slabbers, otherwise your fun/profit will quickly turn to hate/loss.

Dude
If I am selling, I would rather ask high and have something to back it up with. I can always come down. It's a little more difficult to talk someone up from an established price.

Thanks, guys. Actually, I was wondering what my U.S. Mint proof sets were going for.
I do have a 1964 Blue Book that I purchased back then. It was cheaper than the Red Book!
